Shipping

Paid by Customer Unless Specified Otherwise. Use your FedEx, etc. or ours. C.O.D.'s with approval.

Return/Refund Policy

Authorization must be obtained first. No returns or refunds for any Satellite Network problems. There is a 20% Restocking Fee on cancellations after 48 hours from order placement or on unused equipment returns within 30 days after receipt by customer. There are no returns/refunds after 30 days from customer receipt of order.

Credit Cards

Master Card, Visa, AMEX and Discover with approved credit. Upon request please provide scanned or readable fax front and back of credit card. Invoice must be signed.

Warranty Returns

Manufacturers Warranty is generally 12 months on all products. Confirm with your sales rep at time of purchase. Return Authorization required. Shipping to repair location at customer expense. Return shipping to you after repair provided at no charge.

Rentals

Credit for defective equipment only. Airtime credits for satellite network issues must be addressed directly with the airtime provider.
